I don't answer any DM's regarding orders. If you have a question about your order please email orders@studioaud.com. Not only are DM's difficult to keep track of, it's important for me to maintain this boundary of confining business to emails.

Shipping
Shipping for a small business can take longer than people are used to. Studio Aud is not Amazon and it's important to have realistic expectations about shipping times and cost. Usually shipping takes no longer than two weeks.
Can I combine shipping?
No— if you make two orders that’s how you will receive them.
My package is lost/stolen
Studio Aud cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have been picked up by USPS and shipped. Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered and then they end up showing up a few days later. If you believe that your item has been stolen, you can submit a claim with USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Studio Aud does not ship to international destinations at this time. Hopefully, I can offer international shipping to customers outside of the United States soon!
Do you take returns?
Studio Aud accepts refunds and exchanges only under certain conditions (e.g. manufacturer defects). I cannot take returns on limited release and handmade pieces, so please choose wisely.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please send an email with images to orders@studioaud.com with your order number and a brief description. Return it for a full refund or a replacement anytime within 30 days of the product shipment date.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, otherwise they will be rejected and sent back to you.
