Refund policy

Cancellations

If you changed your mind after placing an order, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not been shipped. Please email hello@studioaud.com for your request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@studioaud.com.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges to protect the quality of each product. I cannot take returns on limited release and handmade pieces, so please choose wisely. With the exception of apparel, which may only be exchanged for a different size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or some proof of purchase.

If you received the wrong item, please email hello@studioaud.com with photo evidence and we will send a replacement. If that item is no longer available, we will refund the full purchase amount of that item.

If a return is granted due to a manufacturer defect, a replacement will be sent but you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your original item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, otherwise they will be rejected and sent back to you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email hello@studioaud.com with photo and/or video evidence and describe the issue you are facing.
