Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Studio Aud. We strive to provide the best service possible. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

Order for wallets, prints, accessories, and apparel are typically processed within 1-3 days after payment is received. However, all LED lights are made-to-order and the current production turnaround is 2-3 weeks from the time you place your LED order. With the exception of having additional inventory on-hand, your LED order may process and ship within a few days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All customers are responsible for the entire shipping cost, including any associated fees like delivery charges. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Note: USPS Ground Advantage often takes 1-2 business days when delivering locally within San Francisco.

You cannot combine shipping. If you make two orders, that’s how you will receive them.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

To ensure your order is shipped promptly, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error with your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at hello@studioaud.com.

Local Delivery & Local Pick Up

Studio Aud no longer offers local delivery options during check out, with the exception of custom LED orders that are oversized. If you would like to request a local pick-up option, please contact hello@studioaud.com after you place an order with your request. If your request is approved, the shipping cost will be refunded to you.

Order Issues or Lost Packages

  • If you believe your order is lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@studioaud.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been delivered to the provided address. Please contact the carrier to report any issues with delivery.
  • Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered and then they end up showing up a few days later. If you believe that your item has been stolen, you can submit a claim with USPS.
